Each project is undertaken with clear goals, deadlines and the same meticulous attention to detail is paid to managing budgets as is creating striking results.
To start, an initial consultation is organised where I meet with the clients to discuss plans and ideas and it also allows for everyone concerned to get a feel for each other as it’s a very personal journey, and it matters to me, that I can communicate with clients and vice versa.
Next all going well a full brief will be taken and a fixed fee decided based on the scope of works involved. A visual design scheme will be prepared and presented for your comment and discussion. This will include images to illustrate your individual design requirements, and physical samples of materials required ie: carpets, tiles etc. No work will be carried out or charged for until you are completely happy with the proposal laid out.
Following your approval of the design scheme a schedule of costs and specifications will be prepared to allow you to budget and prioritise your expenditure as you see fit. At this stage your design scheme will be formally signed off as approved and the design implementation will begin.
As project manager I will liaise with suppliers, supervise relevant trades and co-ordinate suppliers and sub-contractors on site. All interior specifications, fitting out and finishing will be implemented on your behalf. For the project to proceed successfully we will require your signed approval on all design work, specification drawings and schedules, programme estimates and quotations.
Also part of the project management package is taking care of the delivery and installation of your selected decoration, fittings, furnishings and equipment. Confirmation of costs related would be agreed prior to installation.
